In
Mulan the main theme I got from this story is to be yourself and follow your
heart. In the story everyone is trying to change, and make her into a suitable
wife. But Mulan is a free spirited girl. When Mulan sees something she goes for
it. She dresses the way she wants, and lives freely. No matter how hard people
try to change Mulan her true self show throw all the makeup and dresses.
Mulan
follows her heart. When people told Mulan that she wouldn’t be a suitable wife
or a great worrier. When Mulan learned that her father had to go into war she
took his place. Mulan fought in the battle even though females are forbidden to
fight. Mulan wanted to take her father place so he doesn’t injure himself any
more. After all the fighting mulan found her true love and became the suitable wife everyone said she wouldn't be. All those character treats shows that she follows her heart.
